Should be experienced and technically strong with excellent knowledge of Wool, Nylon, etc dyeing in both Fibre and Yarn.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in dyeing operations, laboratory processes, and precise commercial shade matching as per customer requirements and international export standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Take complete charge of the Dyeing Unit operations
- Supervise and manage the Dyeing Laboratory
- Develop and achieve accurate shade matching for customer approvals
- Handle dyeing of Nylon and Wool fibres/yarns
- Ensure consistency in colour quality and batch reproducibility
- Monitor dyeing recipes, chemicals, auxiliaries, and process parameters
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for timely execution
- Maintain quality standards and process efficiency
- Troubleshoot dyeing and shade variation issues

Should be atleast 10-15 year experienced and able to handle international dyeing machinery with Experience in carpet yarn dyeing preferred, Expertise in colour matching and lab-to-bulk shade reproduction, Knowledge of dyeing machinery, chemicals, and testing procedures, Ability to independently manage dyeing operations. Candidates from carpet, textile, woollen yarn, or technical textile industries will be preferred.
Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Textile Chemistry, Dyeing Technology, Textile Engineering, or related field.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
