What’s This Role About?
As an HRBP intern, you will work closely with business managers and support them in handling employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in strategic HR.
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured 1:1 and skip-level meetings; prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Assist in MIS preparation, dashboards, and people analytics reporting.
- Support performance management processes, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding documentation and confirmation tracking.
- Assist in exit management: conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition trends, prepare reports, and coordinate clearance processes.
- Support HR projects related to Rewards & Recognition, policy implementation, and workforce planning.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies across assigned teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools preferred.
- Strong communication skills

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
