OnestopD Solutions is urgently looking for US IT Recruiters to join our Hyderabad office
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment cycle.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Work on W2, C2C, and Full-time requirements.
- Build strong relationships with consultants and vendors.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and US staffing process.
- Experience working with job portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Freshers and candidates with more than 5 years of experience will not be considered
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST)
Work Days: Monday to Friday
