We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our team and manage the day-to-day HR and office operations. The primary role will be to work independently to support and improve internal processes while gaining practical knowledge in a fast-paced, tech-driven work environment. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or students pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related fields, and is eager to learn, contribute, and grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records — physical and digital — ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage attendance and leave tracking on a daily and monthly basis
- Coordinate payroll inputs — compile attendance, leaves, and deductions and share with accounts team
- Assist in generating and distributing monthly salary slips
- Assist in PF and ESIC compliance — data compilation and portal coordination
- Coordinate onboarding of new employees — document collection, system setup, induction scheduling
- Assist in offboarding formalities — exit interviews, asset collection, relieving documentation
Recruitment Support
- Draft job descriptions in coordination with department heads
- Post jobs on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other relevant portals
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and interview panels
- Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database
- Share interview feedback and coordinate offer letter process
Admin & Office Operations
- Manage day-to-day office administration — supplies, housekeeping, facility upkeep
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and IT assets
- Coordinate with vendors for office requirements — stationery, equipment, services
- Handle petty cash, basic expense tracking, and vendor invoice coordination
- Manage office checklists and ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle printing, scanning, filing, and general office documentation
- Assist in planning and coordinating internal team events and engagement activities
Who We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline — MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory
- 0 to 1 years of experience in HR, admin, or office coordination — freshers with the right attitude are welcome
- Basic knowledge of AI Tools and MS Office — Excel, Word, Outlook
- Comfortable with Google Workspace — Gmail, Sheets, Drive
- Good written and verbal communication in Hindi and English
- Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks without losing track
- Someone who takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what to do next
