Job Summary:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting the workshop. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling customer enquiries, coordinating service appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring a professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
- Schedule and confirm vehicle service appointments.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop staff regarding customer appointments and vehicle status.
- Maintain customer databases and update records in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Prepare and manage job cards, gate passes, and related workshop documents as required.
- Inform customers about service progress, estimated completion times, and payment procedures.
- Receive and distribute internal and external correspondence.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and professional condition.
- Manage customer feedback, complaints, and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Assist with invoice preparation, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, customer service standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline; diploma or certification in administration/customer service is an advantage.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or customer service representative.
- Experience in an automobile dealership or workshop is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is an added advantage.

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of automobile service processes is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
