Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat or voice calls in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to address customer needs.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th-grade education.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in a regional language is a plus.
