Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Academic Counselor to guide and support students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The ideal candidate will play a key role in student engagement, admissions, and overall counseling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding IT courses and career opportunities
- Handle inquiries via calls, messages, and walk-ins
- Convert leads into admissions through effective communication
- Maintain student records and follow-up with prospects
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams
- Provide guidance and support to students throughout their learning journey
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic understanding of IT courses is an advantage
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
