- Strategic CFO Support — Investor reporting, board dashboards, scenario planning, and financial leadership
- FP&A & Financial Control — Budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and financial analysis
- Financial Operations (FinOps) — AP/AR, reconciliations, month-end close, payroll, and compliance
The Role
We're looking for newly qualified Chartered Accountants to join our FinOps practice. You'll own finance operations across a portfolio of clients, lead delivery through internal teams, and be the primary point of accountability for quality, timelines, and controls.
This role is ideal for CAs who have worked in multi-client accounting environments and are ready to take on end-to-end ownership early in their career.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end finance operations for a portfolio of assigned clients
- Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Maintain strong controls, documentation standards, and process discipline
- Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery and quality issues
- Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 finance professionals

What We're Looking For
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) — mandatory
- 0–1 years of post-qualification experience
- Prior experience in multi-client delivery environments (CA firm, outsourced finance, or similar)
- Strong grasp of accounting operations and close processes
- Demonstrated team leadership or delivery management experience
