Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in maintaining and updating existing software applications to improve performance and reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with web technologies such as Servlets, JavaServer Pages, and RESTful web services.
- Familiarity with relational databases and writing efficient SQL queries.
- Knowledge of version control systems and build tools used in Java development.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues effectively.
Additional Information:
