Track every D2C order from dispatch to delivery across all platforms — zero untracked orders
Identify stuck, delayed, or at-risk orders daily and flag them before the customer complains
Follow up on NDRs (Non-Delivery Reports) — coordinate re-attempts with logistics partners
Log RTOs (Return to Origin) with reason codes and update the tracking sheet
Communicate with logistics partners for status updates, exceptions, and resolutions
Maintain and update the daily order tracking sheet accurately
Share a daily status update with the Ops Manager — orders dispatched, pending, exceptions
Support the Ops Manager with complaint resolution coordination when needed
0–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics coordination, or customer support
Comfortable working with Google Sheets / Excel — can maintain and update trackers without being told
Strong follow-up instinct — does not let things fall through without a resolution
Good written communication in English and Hindi (for vendor and courier coordination)
Familiar with order management on Shopify, Amazon, or similar platforms is a plus
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle a high volume of daily tasks
Can work under pressure during sale periods — composure is important
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
