Job Title: Associate Teacher (Fresher)

Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are passionate about teaching and eager to start their career in education. The role involves supporting teaching and learning for Pre-Primary to Grade 2 students.
Excellent communication skills with strong fluency in English are mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in classroom activities for Pre-Primary to Grade 2
- Support student learning and engagement
- Help in classroom management and maintaining discipline
- Participate in school events and activities
- Provide basic academic and developmental support to students
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers / No experience / Candidates from other fields can apply
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (mandatory – non-negotiable)
- Interest in teaching young children (Pre-Primary to Grade 2)
- Willingness to learn and build a career in teaching

Physical Requirements:
- This role involves active engagement with young children and requires the ability to be physically active throughout the day, including standing, moving within the classroom, and participating in student activities
- Candidates should be comfortable managing the physical demands of working with Pre-Primary students
