About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Service Technician to support transformer installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities across the North Region (HP, Delhi, UP, Punjab).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform transformer installation, testing, commissioning, and servicing activities.
- Attend customer complaints and breakdown calls.
- Diagnose transformer faults and execute corrective actions.
- Handle maintenance of transformer accessories and electrical components.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and site inspections.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for service closure.
- Prepare detailed service reports and technical updates.
- Ensure adherence to safety and technical procedures.
Requirements
- 8 to 20 years of transformer field service experience
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable with extensive regional travel.
