Primary Objective: Translate customer requirements (from CISO/IT discussions) into concrete ThinkCloud/DevRaq.ai system flowcharts, map database permissions/schemas, and handle API/ODBC integrations.
Target Experience: 1–2 years in Pre-Sales, Systems Integration, or Technical Consulting.
Key Requirements & Core Competencies:
API & Connector Integration:
Hands-on familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML parsing, and standard database connectivity (ODBC/JDBC drivers for MSSQL, PostgreSQL).
Ability to map data flows between client databases, local middleware, and the AI serving interface.
Schema & Security Mapping:
Comfort inspecting SQL schemas (tables, keys, views, relationships) to define metadata indexes for NL-to-SQL tasks.
Understanding of enterprise identity mapping: translating Active Directory / LDAP groups and database RBAC into Keycloak authentication filters.
Requirement Decoding & Technical Documentation:
Ability to listen to customer use cases (e.g., hospital discharge summaries, warehouse slotting, NLQ over MSSQL) and produce clean, visual architecture flowcharts and technical scope documents.
Bridge communication between the commercial leads (you/Koushik) and the backend delivery team (Manoj/engineers).
Basic Linux & Container Knowledge:
Basic command-line proficiency in Linux environments (Ubuntu/RHEL) to assist in testing API endpoints and local service routing.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
