1. Role Overview
Dental Suite 360 and Dental Interface 360 are innovative startups transforming the Australian dental landscape through practice efficiency and community engagement platforms. We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Manager to drive our B2B subscription growth. This role is built for a "hunter" who thrives on closing deals, building pipelines from scratch, and representing a disruptive brand at the highest levels of the industry.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Sales Execution & Lead Conversion
- Lead Management: Take full ownership of high-quality sales leads provided by the marketing team, moving them through the pipeline to a successful close.
- Pipeline & Quota Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Value-Based Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations to practice owners and stakeholders, clearly articulating the business value and ROI of our SaaS ecosystem.
B. Event Advocacy & Representation
- Industry Presence: Act as the primary face of Dental 360 at premier Australian dental events as ADX Sydney and AIDA Symposium.
C. Content & Marketing Collaboration
- Collateral Development: Work closely with the content and marketing teams to develop sales decks, case studies, and messagi ng that resonate with the Australian dental professional.
- Feedback Loop: Provide market insights to the marketing team to optimize lead flow and content effectiveness based on direct customer interactions.
D. CRM & Reporting
- Data Integrity: Maintain rigorous and accurate records in Zoho CRM to ensure correct lead attribution and transparent sales forecasting.
- Performance Tracking: Report on key sales metrics and progress toward quotas to the leadership team.
3. Required Qualifications & Skills
- B2B SaaS Expertise: 3-5+ years of proven experience in SaaS subscription selling, with a track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive quotas.
- Industry Background: Mandatory experience in the Healthcare or Dental sectors, with a deep understanding of the Australian professional landscape.
- Closing Mindset: Demonstrated success in building a pipeline and "hunting" for new business in a startup environment.
- Interpersonal Excellence: Ability to "hold the hand" of new clients during the onboarding transition while maintaining a high-performance closing focus.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level use of CRMs (Zoho preferred) and digital sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, etc.)
4. Compensation Structure
We offer a structure that heavily rewards high performance. This role includes a base salary plus a significant performance-based bonus designed to promote high closing rates and aggressive market growth.
