About the Role
3Wheels AI is looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment. The
ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with hands-on experience in a fast-
paced work environment, to help us build a great team.
Key Requirements
✓ MBA in Human Resources
✓ 3+ years of relevant HR experience
✓ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✓ Experience in recruitment and HR operations
✓ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
✓ Willingness to work Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
Key Responsibilities
✓ Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
✓ Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave management, and employee records
✓ Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace culture
✓ Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
✓ Ensure HR policies and processes are followed consistently across the organization
✓ Assist in performance management, appraisals, and employee grievance handling
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
