Aashwas Biotech is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth and expand our pharmaceutical network across India. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing PCD Pharma franchise partners, handling third-party manufacturing inquiries, building strong relationships with distributors and clients, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry being preferred. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining customer records, following up on leads, and representing Aashwas Biotech professionally.
