Maruthi Power Control Systems is seeking an experienced Sr. Solar Project Engineer to lead and execute solar power projects from planning to commissioning. The role requires strong technical expertise, project coordination skills, and the ability to manage teams and client expectations to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of solar PV projects (Rooftop & Ground-mounted)
- Site survey, system design review, and feasibility assessment
- Planning and execution of project timelines, manpower, and materials
- Supervision of installation, commissioning, and testing activities
- Coordination with vendors, EPC teams, and internal departments
- Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and quality norms
- Handling client coordination, inspections, and handover documentation
- Monitoring project progress and preparing MIS / progress reports
- Troubleshooting technical issues during execution and post-commissioning
- Supporting AMC, O&M, and performance optimization activities
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling projects above 100 kW capacity
- Knowledge of tendering, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation
- Familiarity with project management tools and documentation
- Two-wheeler / four-wheeler with valid driving license

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
