About the Role
Glatro is looking for a Customer Acquisition Executive to connect with retailers through phone calls and social media, introduce them to the Glatro platform, and assist them with the vendor onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential retailers through phone calls and social media.
- Explain Glatro's platform, features, and benefits.
- Guide retailers through the vendor registration and onboarding process.
- Follow up with interested retailers and convert them into active vendors.
- Maintain daily call records and onboarding reports.
- Achieve assigned onboarding targets.
Requirements
- Must be based in the NCR region.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident, professional, and persuasive communication over phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Experience in telecalling, telemarketing, sales, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
