Sales Representative – Field Sales | Dynamic Distributors
Dynamic Distributors is looking for an energetic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our field sales and marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with key customers, promoting our products, and achieving assigned sales targets. This is a full-time, field-based role suitable for candidates who enjoy meeting customers and building a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Visit and build strong relationships with Dealers, Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, and other potential customers.
- Present and promote company products and explain their features and benefits to customers.
- Generate new leads, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into business.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Work towards monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Maintain proper records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Update customer and lead information using CRM software.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer requirements, and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer service and order follow-up.
Candidate Requirements
The candidate should have strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A positive attitude, confidence, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in the field are important.
Diploma qualification is required. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred. Candidates should preferably be comfortable communicating in English, Hindi, and Marathi. A valid driving licence and own bike are required, as the position involves regular outdoor marketing and customer visits.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, along with performance-based incentives. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, training, career growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
