About the Role
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to join our growing team. This role is heavily focused on recruitment (approximately 80%) with the remaining time supporting core HR operations (approximately 20%). You will be a key driver in building our team by sourcing and closing quality talent, while also helping keep day-to-day HR processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (~80%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), employee referrals, and other channels
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build accurate job descriptions
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess culture and role fit
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups with candidates
- Negotiate offers and manage the offer-to-joining process
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio) and report regularly
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring or hard-to-fill roles
- Coordinate campus or bulk hiring drives as needed
HR Operations (~20%)
- Support onboarding and induction for new joiners, ensuring a smooth first-week experience
- Maintain employee records and HR databases/HRMS with accuracy
- Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and documentation as per company policy
- Support in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR correspondence
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR communications
- Assist with exit formalities and offboarding documentation
- Support statutory compliance and audit-readiness (PF, ESI, etc.) as required
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in an HR generalist or recruitment-focused role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing skills across job boards, LinkedIn, and referral networks
- Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Basic working knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance, and HRMS tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
