Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator / MIS Executive to support sales operations, client communication, reporting, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have strong MS Excel skills, good communication abilities, and experience in managing data, preparing reports, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS reports, trackers, and business data using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with clients through emails, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Manage customer records, inquiries, quotations, and sales-related documentation.
- Support the sales team with reporting, documentation, and operational activities.
- Track leads, sales opportunities, project updates, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination between clients and internal teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and customer information records.
- Draft professional emails and business correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate business discussions as required.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to support business decisions.
- Assist management with administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, MIS, Back Office Operations, or Administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, sorting, filtering, and reporting.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in client coordination, email handling, and documentation management.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
