Designation: Manager – HR Product Design and Engineering
Lead end-to-end delivery of HR Tech and AI-enabled HR transformation engagements (scope, timeline, budget, value realization)
Conduct market and technology landscape analysis to inform differentiated HR tech and AI solution development
Define and drive HR product vision, technical architecture, and product use case pipeline aligned to client/business priorities
Own product lifecycle management from ideation to deployment, including model tuning, performance optimization, and adoption
Translate business problems into scalable Tech/AI/GenAI-enabled HR solutions (e.g., copilots, talent intelligence, workflow automation)
Define and oversee API-first integration architecture (APIs, middleware, event-driven workflows) across HR and enterprise systems
Design and standardize AI-augmented E2E HR workflows with embedded automation and decision intelligence
Lead development and deployment of AI/ML models and LLM-based applications, including prompt design, fine-tuning, evaluation, and performance optimization
Implement ML Ops and LLM Ops practices including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and continuous improvement
Lead agile delivery and program governance (backlog, sprint planning, releases) across HR tech and AI product implementations
Drive build vs. buy vs. partner decisions across HR tech and AI ecosystem and define and track product and experience KPIs (adoption, resolution effectiveness, cycle time, experience) to enable continuous improvement
