Job Summary958 Real Private Ltd is seeking a result-oriented Residential Sales Executive to drive residential property sales across Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and experience in handling end-to-end sales processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Generate and manage residential sales leads
Conduct site visits and client meetings
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects
Ensure smooth coordination and complete documentationEligibility
Criteria : Graduate (Preferred)
Experience in residential real estate sales is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
