Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, induction, employee lifecycle management, and exit formalities.
- Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to labour laws
- Coordinating onboarding process that registering online application with uploading mandatory documents in HRMS.
- Organizing interviews for candidates with HR manager and respective department Head.
- Registering eligible employees in (Employee State Insurance Corporation) ESIC website, and seeding UAN (Universal Account Number) and Aadhaar number for respective employees and their family.
- Collecting and updating employee family details in ESIC website, and issuing E-Pehchan card to respective employee.
- Following up and assisting employees to complete provident fund e-nomination in EPFO website
- Monitoring warehouse manpower requirements, and communicating to higher officials.
- Verifying and ensuring that employee profile updated with necessary documents in the HRMS.
- Preparing and sharing MIS reports to higher authority regularly.
- Managing & following up the Employees Labour welfare Fund.
- Assisting EPFO Settlement and KYC Process in EPFO.
Requisite Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR laws and compliance
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRMS software
- Good verbal and written communication
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
