About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding process by collecting documents, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain and update employee records, offer letters, and contracts.
- Assist in drafting HR policies and documents.
- Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and basic HR compliance tasks.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Support employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and fun events.
HR Coordination & Support
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace guidelines.
- Assist in coordinating with different departments for HR-related requirements.
- Stay updated with HR trends and best practices.
Who You Are:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Passion for HR and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
