Job Summary
Responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, achieving outlet sales targets, maintaining product displays, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations at sweets, savouries, bakery, and QSR outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and understand their requirements.
- Explain and recommend sweets, savouries, snacks, beverages, bakery items, and QSR products.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Promote combo offers, special products, new launches, and seasonal items.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Ensure proper display, presentation, freshness, and availability of products.
- Check product labels, prices, packing, and quantity before handing over orders.
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely and escalate issues to the Outlet Manager when required.
- Coordinate with the kitchen/production team for order preparation and availability.
- Support billing and cashier operations whenever required.
- Ensure proper packing of takeaway and delivery orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the sales and customer service area.
- Follow FIFO and product handling procedures wherever applicable.
- Maintain adequate stock on the sales counter and inform the supervisor about shortages.
- Assist in stock counting and daily outlet closing activities.
- Maintain professional grooming, uniform, and personal hygiene standards.
- Follow company policies, food safety standards, and SOPs.
- Support promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.
Skills & Competencies
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Basic selling and product-presentation skills.
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is preferred.
- Ability to handle cash and customer transactions carefully.
- Good knowledge of sweets, savouries, snacks, and QSR products is an advantage.
Eligibility
- Education: 10th / 12th / Diploma preferred.
- Experience: 0–3 years in sweets, bakery, QSR, restaurant, retail, FMCG, or similar industry.
- Freshers with a good attitude and customer-service orientation may also be considered.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per outlet requirements.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
