Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance of buildings and infrastructure
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure structural safety
- Plan and execute preventive & corrective maintenance
- Supervise civil works (repairs, painting, waterproofing, etc.)
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors
- Manage budgets, estimates, and material requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
- Monitor construction and renovation projects
- Maintain records and handle emergency repairs
Qualification
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently under guidance
Experience
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in facility maintenance / civil works
- Experience in institutional, or multi-building facility preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
