We’re looking for a talented, dedicated Lead Web Designer to design travel portals. Working as part of our lively and expert development team. The UX Engineer / Front End Developer will be responsible for converting the design to HTML format, integrate that further with PHP, MVC & Angular, fixing Front end related issues in the development environment by reviewing & refining the code. Review UI on recommended browsers and fix browser related issues. The Front-End Developer will partner closely with UI/UX Designer as well as Engineering Backend Development teams.

Working as part of our lively and expert development team, as Lead Web Designer, you will have a key role in designing, managing and delivering high quality web portals with additional responsibility for the technical quality of production and delivery of development on-time. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, have a real passion for digital technology and enjoy working as part of a team.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 + years proven experience in a similar role.
- Bachelors and/or Master’s degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of industry experience
- Fluency in HTML, CSS, Adobe CS, Illustrator, and related web technologies
- Experience with modern JavaScript libraries and tooling
- Awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues and client-side performance considerations
- Have cross platform design experience (web, iOS, Android, email)
- Experience creating prototypes or highly detailed wire-frames for complex web applications and/or workflows
- Solid ability to present a strong rationale for design decisions
- Ability to work well with others
- Experienced in delivering UX solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
- Experience with UX design for technical end users or domain experts
- Experience in eCommerce Platforms Designs, Interactive Designs
- Experienced in performing user research or gathering quantitative customer data
- Fluency in best practices for information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of user experience principles, techniques and patterns
- Experienced in performing user research or gathering quantitative customer data
- Able to bring new knowledge and ideas to the team
- Ability to transform web designs/wireframes to HTML
- Demonstrated ability for innovation in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Photoshop, illustrator, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
- Experience in designing material for print in addition to web
- Excellent communication skills and experience in the travel sector is highly preferred Experience of working as a Web Designer/User Interface specialist
