We're Hiring | Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform Engineer
Location: Remote
Shift: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Duration: 6-Month Contract
We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform Engineer with expertise in:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Power Apps, Power Automate & DataversePCF, REST APIs & Custom
- ConnectorsDynamics Channel Integration Framework (CIF)Microsoft Azure & Azure
- DevOpsMicroservices, WebSockets & Enterprise Integrations.
Communication Platform Integration
- Implement integration between Microsoft Dynamics and enterprise communication platforms.
- Utilize Dynamics Channel Integration Framework (CIF) to embed and manage communication applications within Dynamics.
- Handle event-based workflows associated with customer interactions and agent activity.
- Enable contextual data loading and interaction management within CRM environments.
Architecture & Scalability
- Design scalable enterprise architectures supporting high-volume transaction and interaction environments.
- Implement microservice-based and event-driven system integrations.
- Ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and high availability.
Security & API Management
- Implement secure communication between applications using:
- OAuth2
- Azure Active Directory authentication
- JWT-based authorization
- API gateway-based access control
- Ensure adherence to enterprise security and compliance standards.
DevOps & Application Lifecycle Management
- Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices for Power Platform.
- Manage deployments across Development, Test, and Production environments.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or Git-based workflows.
- Manage environment variables, managed solutions, and connection references.
