Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition and lead generation through paid digital channels. The ideal candidate should have experience planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, ownership of campaign performance, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing Execution
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Drive customer acquisition and registrations through data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Manage audience segmentation, targeting, retargeting, and campaign scaling.
2. Campaign Performance & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key digital marketing metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report campaign performance using relevant analytics and reporting tools.
- Measure KPIs including CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and registrations.
- Generate actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with content, design, and product teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
- Support CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation initiatives.
- Contribute to overall growth marketing strategies and campaign planning.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of tracking pixels, conversion attribution, and marketing funnels.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using reporting and analytics tools.
- Experience in sports, fitness, consumer internet, events, or D2C businesses will be an added advantage.

- Achieve customer acquisition and registration targets through scalable paid campaigns.
- Continuously improve campaign efficiency by optimizing CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
- Build and scale high-performing acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Become a key contributor to the company's growth by delivering measurable marketing outcomes.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
