Store Executive
Job Summary: Responsible for day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of retail/warehouse activities, inventory management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
Monitor and maintain inventory levels; conduct regular stock audits
Ensure proper stock placement, labeling, and organization
Handle goods receiving, dispatch, and documentation
Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for timely stock replenishment
Maintain accurate records of stock movement (inward/outward)
Ensure compliance with store policies, safety, and hygiene standards
Supervise store staff and delegate tasks as needed
Handle customer queries and ensure satisfactory service
Prepare and submit periodic reports (stock, sales, discrepancies) to management
Minimize stock loss/wastage through proper handling and monitoring
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred, not always mandatory)
1–3 years of experience in store/inventory management or retail operations
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software/ERP systems
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Skills: Inventory control, vendor coordination, record-keeping, team supervision, problem-solving
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Ahmedabad): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
