Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Promoters/In-Store Merchandisers for P&G (Procter & Gamble) products at D-Mart stores in Raipur and Rajnandgaon. The candidate will be responsible for product promotion, customer engagement, merchandising, and driving sales within the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote P&G products to customers and explain product features & benefits.
- Ensure proper product display, shelf arrangement, and stock visibility.
- Maintain product availability and coordinate with store staff.
- Generate customer interest and increase product sales.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Maintain daily sales and activity reports.
- Ensure grooming, discipline, and professional behavior inside the store.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in retail sales, promoter, or merchandising roles preferred.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a retail environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
