About the Role
We are looking for a driven and sharp Business Development Executive to join our growing team at LeadsXProspects. This is a dual-mandate role — you will be responsible for acquiring new clients for the agency and executing outbound lead generation campaigns on behalf of those clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced, outbound-first environment and have a strong grasp of the US and UK markets, this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition (Agency Growth)
- Identify and prospect potential clients across SaaS, IT Consulting, and MSP companies in the US and UK markets
- Conduct outbound outreach via cold email, LinkedIn, and calling to generate discovery calls and demos
- Pitch LeadsXProspects’ services to decision-makers and convert prospects into paying clients
- Manage the full outbound sales cycle from first touch to signed contract
Client Campaign Delivery (Lead Generation Execution)
- Own and execute outbound lead generation campaigns for onboarded clients
- Define and refine ICPs, messaging frameworks, and targeting strategies per client
- Deliver qualified meetings and pipeline for clients across email, LinkedIn, and calling channels
- Monitor campaign metrics and continuously optimize for performance
Process & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, pipeline, and outcomes in CRM
- Share weekly performance reports and insights with internal stakeholders
- Contribute to building and improving outbound playbooks and SOPs
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development
- Proven track record of generating leads and/or clients specifically in the US and UK markets
- Prior experience working with or selling to SaaS, IT Consulting, or MSP companies strongly preferred
- Hands-on proficiency with outbound tools — Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach
- Self-starter with a data-driven mindset and strong ownership of outcomes

Competitive fixed salary + performance-based incentives
