Functional Responsibilities:
o Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and
coordination.
o Handle employee onboarding and induction programs.
o Assist in monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in attendance, leaves, overtime, and
statutory deductions.
o Maintain HRMS data and employee records.
- Employee Engagement & Relations
o Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
o Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and activities to boost workplace culture.
- Compliance & Administration
o Support statutory compliance including PF, ESI, gratuity, and other applicable laws.
o Maintain documentation as per labor laws and company policies.
- Performance & Training Support
o Support performance appraisal processes.
o Coordinate training and development sessions.
