- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating when required.
- Take orders accurately and communicate them to the bar and kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining service standards.
- Ensure guests' glasses and tables are attended to throughout their visit.
- Upsell premium beverages, cocktails, bottles, and menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables and service stations.
- Clear used crockery, glassware, and cutlery promptly.
- Coordinate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and cashiers for timely service.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, escalating issues to the Supervisor or Manager when necessary.
- Ensure bills are presented accurately and payments are processed as per company procedures.
- Follow hygiene, grooming, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Adhere to club policies regarding responsible alcohol service.
- Assist in setting up and closing the outlet before and after operations.
Requirements
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate preferred.
- Previous experience as a Hostess, Steward, or Waitress in a nightclub, lounge, bar, restaurant, or hotel is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
- Pleasant personality with excellent guest-handling skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced nightlife environment.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
