Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to assist with daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and financial documentation. The candidate should be proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
- Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt vouchers in Tally.
- Prepare and maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis.
- Prepare GST invoices and maintain GST records.
- Assist in GST return preparation (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconciliation.
- Deduct and record TDS as per applicable rules.
- Maintain vendor and customer accounts.
- Process employee reimbursements and petty cash expenses.
- Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing.
- Maintain accounting files and financial records.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Generate MIS reports and other financial reports as required by management.
- Perform any other accounting or administrative duties assigned by the Accounts Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting (Freshers with good knowledge may also apply).
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of Income Tax and statutory compliance.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (or as per company policy)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
