Role description
Job Title: SailPoint ISC Developer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer to design, develop, and support identity governance and administration solutions. The role involves implementing SailPoint ISC integrations, workflows, and access governance processes to strengthen enterprise identity security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement SailPoint ISC solutions for identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
- Configure and manage application onboarding, source integrations, and provisioning workflows.
- Develop and maintain transforms, rules, and workflows within SailPoint ISC.
- Integrate SailPoint ISC with enterprise applications such as Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, HR systems, and cloud applications.
- Manage access requests, approvals, certifications, and policy enforcement.
- Implement RBAC and role mining strategies.
- Troubleshoot identity synchronization and provisioning issues.
- Work closely with security, infrastructure, and compliance teams to ensure governance requirements are met.
- Support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Develop API-based integrations and automation.
Required Skills:
- 3-8+ years of IAM experience.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow).
- Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
- Experience in provisioning, deprovisioning, and lifecycle events.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and integration concepts.
- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD/Entra ID.
- Good understanding of RBAC, SOD, and access certifications.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of cloud security and IAM best practices.
- Exposure to compliance frameworks and audit processes.
