Position:ITI Fresher – Electrical Maintenance
Location: Container Freight Station (CFS/ECY) / Yard Operations /Chennai
Qualification:
- ITI – Electrician / Wireman Trade
- Freshers can apply
- Basic knowledge of industrial electrical systems preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in electrical maintenance activities within CFS yard and operational areas
- Support maintenance of yard lighting, electrical panels, DG sets, reefer points, and equipment power connections
- Assist senior electricians during breakdown and preventive maintenance works
- Monitor electrical safety practices and report abnormalities
- Support cable routing, panel cleaning, and electrical troubleshooting activities
- Maintain tools and housekeeping in electrical work areas
- Attend shift duties as per operational requirements
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits and industrial wiring
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work in outdoor operational environments
Preferred:
- Candidates from nearby locations
- Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage
Salary:
As per company standards
Pay: ₹10,506.44 - ₹20,000.00 per month
