We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to grow our B2B business in the electrical industry. The role involves extensive fieldwork, client meetings, and closing B2B deals with contractors, builders, distributors, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and close B2B sales deals within the electrical industry
- Visit potential clients including contractors, dealers, builders, industrial clients, and corporates
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through field sales and sales execution activities
- Conduct field marketing activities such as product demos, site visits, and promotional campaigns
- Promote and sell electrical products and solutions effectively to customers
- Execute B2B and B2C marketing and sales strategies as defined by the company
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales activity updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales / B2B sales (electrical industry preferred)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Knowledge of electrical industry is mandatory
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Willingness to travel extensively for field work
- Basic understanding of electrical products, projects, or site work (preferred)
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Electrical background is a plus)

- Experience selling electrical products, switchgear, cables, lighting, panels, or related products
- Existing network of contractors, distributors, or project clients
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven personality

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
