We are Hiring: Sales Manager – Wedding Events
We're looking for a passionate and target-driven Sales Manager to join our wedding events team. If you have a flair for sales, enjoy building client relationships, and love creating memorable celebrations, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Meet with clients to understand their wedding requirements.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly or annual sales targets.
- Build relationships with venues, vendors, and partners.
- Coordinate with the event team for seamless execution.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of full time sales experience (wedding, events, hospitality, or luxury services preferred).
- Strong customer relationship and business development abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, during wedding seasons.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
