Your role
The Front Office Manager supports the Front Office in managing daily front office operations, ensuring smooth guest check-ins and check-outs, maintaining guest satisfaction, supervising front office staff, and coordinating with other departments for seamless hotel operations.
Your tasks
- Assist in managing daily Front Office operations.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures for guests.
- Monitor room availability, reservations, and room allocations.
- Handle VIP arrivals, group check-ins, and special guest requests.
- Ensure lobby appearance and front desk cleanliness are maintained.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping for room readiness and status updates.
- Coordinate with Maintenance/Engineering for guest complaints and room issues.
- Ensure adherence to hotel SOPs and service standards.
- Supervise Front Office Executives, Receptionists, Bell Desk, and Guest Relations staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and shift schedules.
- Conduct grooming checks and maintain discipline within the department.
- Train new employees on Front Office procedures and guest handling.
- Motivate team members to achieve departmental goals and guest satisfaction scores.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
