Python + AI DeveloperAbout the Role
We are looking for a Python + AI Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience to build and integrate intelligent, AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have strong Python development skills along with practical experience working with Generative AI, LLMs, APIs, and AI application development.
You will be responsible for developing scalable backend solutions and integrating AI capabilities into real-world products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop robust, scalable applications using Python.
- Build and integrate AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities into applications.
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs.
- Develop AI-powered features such as chatbots, intelligent assistants, content generation, summarization, classification, and automation.
- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using relevant data sources.
- Work with frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI frameworks.
- Integrate third-party APIs and AI services such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or equivalent platforms.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend services using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Work with databases and implement efficient data retrieval and processing.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested Python code.
- Debug, optimize, and improve the performance and reliability of AI applications.
- Stay updated with emerging developments in Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and AI engineering.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming.
- Practical experience with AI/ML or Generative AI projects.
- Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG.
- Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs.
- Experience with REST APIs and backend development.
- Familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Good understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Git and standard software development practices.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
