Assist in the production process and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Learn and operate machinery, tools, and equipment as per company guidelines.
Monitor and maintain quality standards by inspecting products for defects and deviations.
Work closely with senior engineers and supervisors to improve manufacturing efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness and safety within the workplace, following safety guidelines.
Participate in on-the-job training programs to develop technical and soft skills.
Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting basic equipment issues.
Maintain records and documentation as required by the department.
