Role Summary
We are Looking For a dynamic, creative, and result-oriented Senior Marketing Executive – Apartment Sales to execute marketing strategies for residential apartment projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, branding, campaign execution, and customer engagement. The role requires close coordination with the sales team to generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and strengthen Greenfield's brand presence in the competitive real estate market.
KRA: Task / Activities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential apartment projects.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other online platforms.
- Coordinate offline marketing activities such as newspaper advertisements, hoardings, pamphlet distribution, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
- Work closely with channel partners, marketing agencies, and vendors to generate quality leads.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and reduce Cost per Lead (CPL).
- Coordinate with the sales team for timely lead follow-up and improved lead conversion.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior studies.
- Manage project branding, brochures, promotional materials, and marketing collateral.
- Organize project launch events, customer engagement activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Ensure consistent brand visibility across digital and offline marketing channels.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, photographers, videographers, and digital marketing partners.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Gemini for content creation, campaign planning, reporting, and marketing analysis.
