Job Description for Busduct
Key Responsibilities – Design & Engineering
· Design of Isolated Phase Busduct (IPBD), Segregated Phase Busduct, and Non-Segregated Phase Busduct.
· Preparation of GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and assembly drawings.
· Busbar sizing based on current rating, short circuit withstand, and temperature rise.
· Preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM).
Documentation
· Preparation of General Arrangement (GA) Drawing, design calculations and technical datasheets.
· Preparation of Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
· Preparation of as-built drawings.
Coordination
· Coordination with electrical team, site team, client/consultant, production and quality.
· Handling technical queries from site and client.
· Vendor drawing review and approval.
