Location: Work From Office
Process: Bridgestone – International Chat Process
Salary: Up to ₹34,000 per month (CTC)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs
Transportation: Two-way Cab Facility Provided
Eligibility
- PUC or Any Graduate
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Chat Process
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Versant Level 6 is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction while adhering to quality standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Meet productivity, quality, and response time targets.
