1. Clinical & Surgical Duties
- Perform phacoemulsification cataract surgeries including complex and premium IOL cases.
- Conduct refractive surgeries such as:
- LASIK
- PRK
- SMILE PRO
- ICL implantation
- Evaluate patients pre-operatively and plan customized surgical strategies.
- Manage intraoperative and postoperative complications.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and EMR entries.
2. Patient Care & Consultation
- Conduct OPD consultations and provide treatment plans.
- Educate patients regarding surgery options, risks, and expected outcomes.
- Ensure ethical counseling for premium lenses and refractive procedures.
- Follow NABH quality protocols.
3. Diagnostic & Technology Use
- Interpret investigations such as:
- OCT
- Corneal topography
- Biometry
- Pachymetry
- Ensure proper calibration and use of ophthalmic equipment.
4. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with optometrists, counselors, and OT staff.
- Guide junior doctors and clinical team.
- Participate in clinical audits, case discussions, and CME programs.
5. Quality & Compliance
- Follow infection control protocols and OT safety guidelines.
- Maintain surgical outcomes tracking and complication rates.
- Adhere to Medical Council of India / NMC ethical standards.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
