Role Overview
CreddX is hiring a Token Listing Manager to drive the growth of our exchange by onboarding high-quality crypto projects. This role is focused on sourcing, negotiating, and closing token listings, while building strong relationships within the Web3 ecosystem.
This is a high-performance, target-driven role requiring strong industry connections and deal-closing ability.

Key Responsibilities
Token Listings & Partnerships
- Identify and onboard new crypto projects for listing on CreddX (Spot primarily)
- Build relationships with founders, project teams, launchpads, and VCs
- Pitch CreddX’s value proposition and listing packages
- Negotiate listing fees, timelines, and promotional commitments

Deal Execution
- Manage the end-to-end listing process from outreach to go-live
- Coordinate with tech, legal, and marketing teams for smooth integration
- Ensure all required documentation and technical requirements are fulfilled

Pipeline & Growth
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential listings
- Track and report progress on deals and conversions
- Stay updated on market trends and upcoming projects

- Represent CreddX in Web3 communities, events, and networking channels
- Build long-term partnerships for continuous deal flow

Monthly Targets (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2 token listings per month
- Listings must be successfully onboarded and live
Performance Clause:
- Failure to achieve monthly listing targets may result in salary deduction or performance review
- Consistent underperformance may lead to termination
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in crypto BD / exchange listings / Web3 partnerships
- Strong network in crypto projects, founders, and ecosystem players
- Proven track record of closing deals or partnerships
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Self-driven and comfortable working in target-based roles
Preferred Skills
- Experience with exchange listing processes
- Understanding of tokenomics, liquidity, and market making
- Familiarity with Spot, P2P, and Futures markets
