About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven Freelance Student Counselor / Course Sales Representative to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will reach out to prospective college students and tech professionals, guiding them on cloud career roadmaps and converting inquiries into successful course enrollments.
We specialize in practical, industry-aligned cloud upskilling and AWS certification preparation programs designed to help learners build hands-on skills and advance their tech careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to assigned inbound leads, working professionals, and prospective students.
- Explain course features, AWS certification roadmaps, and program career value via phone calls and messaging.
- Address prospect questions, overcome objections, and guide learners through the enrollment process.
- Maintain clear records of lead statuses, follow-ups, and conversions in our tracking sheet.
- Participate in product briefing sessions to stay updated on course offerings.
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong communication, listening, and persuasive skills in English and/or regional languages (Tamil/Hindi is a plus).
- Basic understanding of IT/Cloud technology education or a willingness to learn tech concepts quickly.
- Prior experience in sales, student counseling, telesales, or lead conversion (EdTech experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently toward conversion performance goals.
- Access to a computer/smartphone and a stable internet connection for remote communication.
