Build and manage a strong lead pipeline through LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and field visits
Identify and convert new business opportunities, residential, commercial, and B2B partnerships
Handle the complete sales cycle independently, lead generation → client meetings → pitch → negotiation → closure
Maintain and grow existing client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Collaborate with the design and project team to ensure seamless client onboarding and handover
Track and report weekly sales metrics, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts
Represent Labelle Design Studio at industry events, expos, and networking meets
Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
